Being a therapist is not a just a career for me, but a calling! I operate from a framework of hope, and believe that all people have the potential for change.  I see each and every life experience as an opportunity for growth, healing, and discovering our deeper purpose in this world.

Whether working with individuals, couples, or groups, I strive to create a safe environment for clients in order to allow the healing that their bodies, minds, and spirits are craving. 

I also work with couples or individual spouses that are struggling with feeling disconnected, lonely, and hurt in their marriages – specifically with regards to sexual intimacy, sexual anorexia, and sexual addictions. I offer confidential non-judgmental, and caring support around what can otherwise be a charged topic for many people.
